We listen. We care. We're kind.
We take most major insurance plans. We do not accept discount plans, such as Freedom Life. We are not accepting new Medicare patients.
We take MasterCard, Visa, Discover and AMEX. We also offer Care Credit, a healthcare credit card. Pre-payment plans are available.
You may call your pharmacy for a refill, and the pharmacy will call us to get authorization.
Most patient questions can be answered via the Patient Portal. Be sure to become familiar with the resources available there, so you will know where to find information when you need it. We recommend that you bookmark our Patient Portal as your favorite link, https:// 2238.portal.athenahealth.com/ so you can find it quickly. If your question or concern is not addressed within the web portal, you can reach our LVN at (817) 568-1981.
Our staff believes pregnancy care begins as soon as your pregnancy is confirmed. Unlike many practices, we see patients during the first trimester. Often, you can get in the same day you call. Our care team wants to know about any previous lost pregnancies, health conditions or other concerns that could influence your pregnancy.
Our staff recognizes birth control may be needed for teenagers for a variety of reasons, including regulating a menstrual cycle or preventing an unwanted pregnancy. We will prescribe birth control to your underage daughter. We are also happy to counsel her on menstruation, puberty and development, as well as other questions that may help her to know and take control of her reproductive health. A parent or guardian must accompany your underage daughter to their appointment until they are of legal age.
You may call our office number: (817) 568-1981. A message will provide instructions on how to reach the on-call health care provider. Your comfort and health are a priority to us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
